- We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse service at our discretion
- Applicable taxes (GST/HST/QST) will be calculated and displayed at checkout
- Listed prices apply to standard retail and do not automatically reflect B2B or wholesale pricing (see Section 7)
Product Availability
Product availability is not guaranteed. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and offer a replacement, backorder option, or full refund.
3. Orders and Payment
Order Acceptance
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order is confirmed only upon receipt of our written confirmation or shipping notification.
Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. All payments are processed through our third-party payment processor. Payment card data is not stored on our servers.

4. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping Destinations
We ship to addresses within Canada and the United States. Additional shipping zones may be available — contact us for details.
Shipping Costs and Timelines
Shipping costs and estimated delivery timelines are displayed at checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Lumipure INC. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or events beyond our control.
Delivery and Risk
Risk of loss and title for purchased products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We recommend inspecting all packages upon receipt and reporting visible damage to the carrier immediately.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, you will be responsible for re-shipping costs. Refunds in such cases exclude original shipping charges.
5. Returns and Refunds
Return Window
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the product is:
- In original, unused, and resalable condition
- In its original packaging with all included components
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
How to Initiate a Return
Contact us before returning any item. Unauthorized returns may not be processed. To begin a return, email info@airpureshop.com with your order number and reason for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened chemical products, cleaners, or refrigerants
- Items showing signs of use, installation, or damage caused by the customer
- Special-order or custom-sourced products
- Items marked "final sale"
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost.
6. B2B Accounts and Wholesale Terms
Eligibility
B2B and wholesale accounts are available to qualifying businesses, including HVAC contractors, property management companies, and commercial distributors. Account approval is at the sole discretion of Lumipure INC.
Account Terms
- Wholesale pricing applies only to approved account holders and is not publicly listed
- Volume minimums may apply to certain product categories
- Net payment terms may be offered to approved accounts
- Account holders are responsible for all purchases made under their account credentials
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate a B2B account at any time
