We ship everywhere in Canada.
Orders are processed the same day or within 1 business day. Delivery times vary by location but typically range from 2–7 business days.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Delays

Weather, carrier issues, or high seasonal demand may cause occasional delays. We’ll always do our best to keep you informed.

 

Returns

We accept returns on unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery.

Eligible Items

• Products must be unopened, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  

• Kits or bundles must be returned as complete sets.
  

• Chemicals that have been opened or used cannot be returned for safety reasons.
  
  

How to Start a Return

Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and a return authorization.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 5 days with photos. We’ll replace the item at no cost to you.
