You may return new, unused, uninstalled, and undamaged items to AirPureShop within 21 days of your purchase for a full refund of the product. All returned merchandise must be unused in original condition and original packaging. We do not cover shipping costs for returns. The customer is responsible for paying and shipping the items back to AirPureShop in the conditions mentioned above.
Absolutely no refunds will be accepted on air purifiers after 21 days or on any products that have incomplete packaging or missing components, or have been cosmetically or otherwise damaged in any way.
In order to start the returns process, please contact email@example.com with your order number in the subject line. From there, a customer support specialist will give you instructions on how to proceed.
- Products that have been installed cannot be accepted for returns
- Filters, spare parts, replacement parts, or depletable items
- Products sold on clearance, overstock
- Products that are scratched/dented or defective
- Products that are used and not resalable
When AirPureShop Receives your returned merchandise
- Your return will be processed within one business week of reception of the product.
- When we receive the merchandise, we carefully inspect all returned products.
- Refunds are granted based on the condition of the returned items.
- All returns will have shipping charges deducted from refund amount, including “Free Shipping” offers, discounted shipping offers or original shipping charges.
Approved Returns: a refund amount will be credited to your original form of payment within 48 hours of approval. Due to varying payment methods and bank processing times, some refunds may take up to 15 business days to process back to your original payment method.
Non approved returns: If a return fails to meet the return requirement described in this policy: We will inform you of the non-approval of your return. Your products will be kept in our warehouse and you will be responsible for making shipping arrangements and incurring any costs associated with shipping your merchandise back to your location within a 21 day grace period. AirPureShop reserves the right to dispose of the products If your products are not picked up by your designated shipping carrier after the 21 day grace period.
